no animal deserves this kind of abuse. they are only with us for a short amount of time, why make that time cruel, depressing, neglectful, and harmful? all animals deserve to love and be loved, and should know what happiness feels like. this situation makes me sick and i hope animal cruelty rescues like the bcspca live up to their purpose, and if they don’t, why do we keep supporting them? make something happen, for the love of animals.

As someone that has a rescue, it’s heart breaking when you see a dog that deserves a happy life, being mistreated. This is when BCSPCA is supposed to help instead of being absolutely useless. At what point will they care? When Johnny passes away from the abuse? You’re begging someone to go in and fee the dog and re-home him themselves and honestly someone should. The people abusing that dog should be charged for negligence and abuse.
