Growing up, I have always heard stories about Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj—how he stood against powerful forces and built a kingdom based on courage and values. That creates a strong emotional connection.
For me, it’s not about literally bringing the empire back. It’s about remembering those values—leadership, bravery, and respect for people—and seeing how we can apply them in today’s world.
As someone who has moved abroad for studies, I feel even more connected to my roots and history. It reminds me of where I come from and motivates me to do better in my own life.

We believe in presenting comprehensive and accurate history to our students. Reinstating this map is essential to honor the legacy of the Maratha Confederacy.
