With an over abundance of unloved and starving homeless animals, and limited shelter resources, it is unfair to these sweet creatures to be bred without limitations. Help control the animal population for their sake.

It must be stopped. These animals deserve better. APA, please, delay releasing the care of these innocent animals back into the “care” of people who will NOT be caring for them!!!!
