I must say I am beyond shocked at how few people have signed this petition. So many are online posting from shelters, pleading for help, yet cannot take 2 minutes to sign and share this petition so that we may be able to end this horrific situation? Please, step it up and tell everyone. The more signatures we have, the better of a chance we have---and the better chance the dogs will have! Thank you.
