This case was a nightmare, and was full of police negligence. The fact that it took them so long to even search the whole house is beyond concerning. This case has long been cold, but shouldn't have been in the first place. It's time she gets the justice she deserves.

The Boulder police need to test and retest DNA. The fact that this case has not been solved is unforgivable. Jonbenét and her family deserve better. Patsy Ramsey had to die without knowing who killed her daughter. It's heartbreaking. Solve this case now, and stop making excuses and dragging your feet.

Please give this family the investigation they deserve on this cold case. I don't see any logical reason why the Boulder Police would refuse help from the FBI, furthermore refusing additional testing on DNA evidence in order to find this killer! The only thing I can think of is there is further incompetence on behalf of the police department in the loss of evidence. Admit your mistakes, safe face and please help this family like the police are supposed to do! To the Boulder police department. Honor your oath to public trust, courage, accountability and protection of community. Please conclude this case with all resources available, old and new.

After I saw Cece Moore speak 2 years ago about how quickly and easily she could identify the DNA, which I know is true because she's a genius at it, I wrote to the Chief of Police and begged him to allow this to happen. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE OUTRAGE THAT THEY CAN HOLD ONTO THIS WITHOUT REGARD TO THE PAIN THEY'VE CAUSED JON BENETS FAMILY. WHAT MORE CAN WE DO?

JonBenet was only a couple years younger than me and I remember when she was first in the news when I was a kid. Every time I have seen something in the news since then has always caught my eye hoping that it would be the time that the Ramsey family finally got some answers. How anyone in authority could just stand by and let this family suffer for all of these years is beyond anything I can understand. My heart breaks for the Ramseys and I can only hope that if enough people stand behind them that they will finally get some peace and have their names and reputation cleared as it should have been years ago.

My daughter was born 8 months before Jon Benet's murder. Everytime it comes up on the news, I am bothered by it for days. I read the books about the murder and went to look at the house at the request of my sister visiting Colorado from NY. The case is way overdue from being solved. I had thought for many years that the Ramsey's were guilty after being fed the lies from the BPD in the media. The stress that Patsy was under probably contributed to the recurrence of her cancer. I am glad the family has such a strong faith in God. It is time, Boulder to use the current advances to solve this case. Don't delay any longer waiting for others to die!

The petition outlines a clear, logical argument: we now have DNA technology capable of solving cold cases like JonBenét’s. The fact that Boulder Police continue to sit on this is maddening. Justice shouldn’t be hampered by egos, politics, or outdated approaches. If other jurisdictions are solving cases decades old using genetic genealogy, why can’t this happen here?

As a mother, I imagine the agony JonBenét’s parents and family endured, and I am haunted by the thought of my own child in such a situation. If we were talking about my daughter, I would want every resource, every piece of technology, and every ounce of public pressure to be used in finding the truth. No parent should have to live without answers, knowing their child’s killer walks free.

To Governor Jared Polis: You have the power to bring justice to a case that has remained stagnant for far too long. We need new voices and fresh eyes—unbiased by past missteps—to take the reins. This isn’t just about JonBenét; it’s about sending a message that no victim is forgotten, no matter how much time passes.

To everyone reading this: Sign the petition. Share it. Demand accountability. We have the tools to uncover the truth—why aren’t we using them? JonBenét deserves justice. Her memory cries out for it. And if we stay silent, we allow this tragedy to linger unchallenged.

I've been following the case since I was in my late 20's and it breaks my heart for this beautiful young princess not getting the justice she deserves after 27 years. Her family deserves it, importantly her father whos dedicated his life to finding the truth. The world is behind you my guy, hang in there because what happens in the dark always comes to light. Babygirl Jon will get justice. I pray the Govenor will push the DNA testing through sooner than later, time is definitely of the essence. We are praying from all over the world. Don't give up on her, please.

Jonbenet deserves justice and so does her family! Her mother passed not knowing, which breaks my heart for her mother as a mom myself. Please give this family some peace of mind finally! They deserve to know.

I remember this case since I was a child when it happened. Now as an adult and looking back with grownup eyes, there are many suspicious actions/behaviors from the Boulder police, authorities, and all the families involved. The truth must come to light, what is done in shadows can remain no longer.
