The topic of anti-racism is of paramount importance in todays society, as it tackles systemic discrimination and promotes equality for all races. Recent events, such as the Black Lives Matter movement, have brought heightened awareness to issues of racial injustice and sparked conversations about the need for change.
Petitions under the anti-racism topic address a wide range of issues, including police reform, equal access to education and healthcare, and representation in media and politics. Notable petitions call for accountability in cases of police brutality, the removal of racist symbols and monuments, and the promotion of diversity and inclusion in various sectors.
By exploring and supporting these petitions, individuals can actively contribute to the fight against racism and promote a more just and inclusive society. Your involvement can help amplify marginalized voices and drive meaningful progress towards a world free of racial discrimination.

I use to go to LHS and graduated 2020…. Being a fellow former Hmong student this makes me upset to hear years later that such a vital person like Mr Seng was let go over kids who were being racially rude to Mr Seng. Mr Seng is a great helper not only for our fellow Hmong students but for other students of color which I have seen first hand. I use to stay after school and have him help me with homework all the time he would help all students of color with after school homework NOT just Asian students. Mr Seng would even suggest staying after school so he could help you with your assignment to help you excel in your classes you were struggling in. How many teachers actually do that nowadays? Most just give you homework and expect you to learn on your own…. Being older and hearing this happened at the SCHOOL I GRADUATED FROM makes me highly upset and disappointed in the Madison school district. We need to do better period.
