We call ourselves an animal loving society. How can we allow these horrors to continue, just because it is cheaper for the laboratories to kill the animals rather than recognise their right to live a full life. Those involved in the laboratories should hang their heads in shame at their actions, and the rest of us in shame for our inaction.

I recently visited this zoo and was deeply disturbed by the conditions I witnessed. Many of the animals appeared severely underfed, lethargic, and clearly distressed. Several were pacing in tight circles… a well-known sign of psychological suffering. Let’s have this place shut down.

My dog is terrified of fireworks . Hides at the first sound of them . He is so worried about them that when he goes on evening local walk , he now refuses to go more than a few feet from front door. It is so sad that he has become so fearful . I do hope that this petition manages to get the changes needed .
