Euthanasia of Neil should not be Plan A. Plan A should be legal protections enforcing consequences for approaching or tampering with Neil, and round-the-clock guard during his visits.

Major urban developments in Bowden and shortly Thebarton have (& will continue to) increased the number of residents needing green space to retreat to. Stop trading our precious natural resources to fund commercial interests. Your environmental vandalism is incredibly short sighted.
