Donate tainted HSBC PAC funds to charity; reject future HSBC donations.

The Issue

HSBC's U.S. division allowed billions in Mexican drug-cartel and global-terrorist cash to flow through its banks for years, according to a U.S. Senate investigation. House and Senate members - especially those serving on committees with oversight of the banking industry - must donate HSBC campaign contributions to charity if they wish to preserve their integrity.
