📜 متن کارزار:

ما، امضاکنندگان این دادخواست، نگرانی عمیق خود را از اخراج اجباری هزاران مهاجر  از پاکستان و ایران اعلام می‌کنیم. این افراد، به‌ویژه بانوان مبارز، سربازان، سارنوالان و دیگر نیروهای مقاوم و عدالت‌خواه که پس از ۱۵ آگست ۲۰۲۱ به دلیل تهدیدات جانی، شکنجه و سرکوب از وطن خود فرار کرده‌اند، اکنون در معرض خطر بزرگی قرار دارند.

دولت‌های پاکستان و ایران، با نقض آشکار اصول انسانی و تعهدات بین‌المللی در قبال پناهندگان، مهاجرینی را که هنوز پرونده‌هایشان از سوی UNHCR بررسی نشده است، به اجبار از کشور اخراج می‌کنند. بازگرداندن این افراد به افغانستان، چیزی جز فرستادن آنان به زندان، شکنجه و حتی مرگ نخواهد بود.

ما از سازمان ملل، کمیساریای عالی پناهندگان  دولت‌های پاکستان و ایران، و جامعه جهانی می‌خواهیم که:

✅ اخراج اجباری مهاجرین را متوقف کنند.
✅ اجازه دهند پرونده‌های پناهندگی به درستی بررسی شوند.
✅ مسیرهای قانونی برای اسکان و حمایت از این افراد را فراهم سازند.
✅ از بازگرداندن کسانی که جانشان در خطر است، جلوگیری کنند.

Online Petition: "No to the Forced Deportation of Migrants from Pakistan and Iran!"

Goal: To halt the forced deportation of migrants and protect the rights of female activists, journalists, soldiers, and prosecutors seeking refuge.
Target Audience: United Nations, UNHCR, Governments of Pakistan and Iran, Human Rights Organizations

Petition Text:

We, the undersigned, express our deep concern regarding the forced deportation of thousands of migrants from Pakistan and Iran. These individuals, especially female activists, soldiers, prosecutors, and other resistance fighters and justice seekers who fled their homeland due to threats to their lives, torture, and repression after August 15, 2021, are now at great risk.

The governments of Pakistan and Iran, in clear violation of humanitarian principles and international commitments to refugees, are forcibly deporting migrants whose asylum cases have not yet been reviewed by UNHCR. Returning these individuals to Afghanistan will not only be a violation of human rights, but it will also lead to imprisonment, torture, and even death.

We call on the United Nations, UNHCR, the governments of Pakistan and Iran, and the international community to:

Halt the forced deportation of migrants.
Allow for the proper and fair examination of asylum cases.
Provide legal pathways for resettlement and protection for these individuals.
Prevent the return of those whose lives are in danger.
Migration is not a crime!
Refugees are victims, not criminals!
Silence equals complicity in this injustice!

We urge the global community to stop this injustice.
