We the owners of our ZTE Zmax, a phone which was purchased 100% outright and was never subsidized, are seeking and asking for Tmobile, ZTE USA and ZTE China to release a bootloader unlock to have full freedom of their phones.

We demand to allow us to use and manipulate a device any which way we would like as it was purchased outright and owned by us, the owners.
