I want to firstly thank all who have supported this petition with a signature, a share, a video message, a comment, or funding from the bottom of my heart. This effort is born of good will sprung into action, by people refusing to be mere spectators witnessing pure evil. 

I am going to file an injunction as soon as possible, one reason for it cannot currently be disclosed. I will post another update when it has been filed. I also have 30 days to draft an objection to the demurrer that YouTube/Google LLC filed in response to my complaint. 

The injunction focuses on the reasons immediate relief is sought. Not only is a fan of the fugitive directly threatening harm on behalf of the madman he considers a hero, but the child with the fugitive is in danger. It can be proven that not only was the stipulation violated by the social media company when they refused to conduct a proper investigation, but that they have misrepresented both matters of fact and law in their demurrer, willfully violating law and putting multiple parties in harm's way. 

When this goes before a judge, there is a good chance I will have representation as well, which will lift some of the burden off of me in doing this alone....however I am not nor have I ever truly been alone in the effort, we are entitled to this relief and I know we all stand together for justice. While a writ of mandamus action is an extraordinary remedy used when no other remedy is available, what we are asking for is not extraordinary at all. It is a matter of basic human decency.
