Thank you all for continuing to sign. Many of you came to the petition because you heard the 'Rotten Mango' podcast, a YouTube channel with 4.2 million subscribers. You were horrified that this is being facilitated on a platform we all enjoy using, and you wanted to help. This is why I am doing this, I was horrified and wanted to help. 

I reached out to the Justice Defense Fund a few weeks back. They help victims of child and human trafficking and work to take illegal material off of social media platforms. The founder has successfully done so with Pornhub, and there are CEOs being criminally sued as well. I had to wait a bit to get a time to speak to someone as they get similar requests constantly, that is how much evildoing there is in the world. But Amber Davies wanted to hear more about the case. After shocking her with the details, she is taking the info back to her legal team, and after the 31st they can write an Amicus Brief to show the court that they are on my side, that the court should mandate the action, that the wanted fugitive cannot commit s3xtortion, direct users to paid content promoting child s3x abuse, or put an endangered child in a scam video while evading arrest. She also wanted to see the codes I used, as they are potentially helpful to them in other cases, and this case could set precedent. They are helping me if we litigate rather than settle, and ironically I may have helped them as well. That brings me to Diane.

Had Diane not pointed out that Gatis Lagzdins promotes child r@p3, and that the baby in his horrible video is in danger, I might not have looked at those legal angles. Had Laila Mickelwait not taken on Pornhub, started the JDF, and then done a podcast I happened to hear, I would not have come up with some of those codes that ironically help both parties....we all do this together and that is how we succeed. By Jan 31st, I will know if the company wants to settle. If not, we litigate and I will keep you updated, and continue to grow the petition until it is brought before the court. When the public is endangered by the inaction of those with power who are aware, it is everyone's business, especially when it involves children. If not for Diane's kindness, toward someone other than herself and her own child who are in danger, the ability to win the case with the best legal arguments to compel action would not have been possible.
