Who are We and Why Do We Care

You and I are third party witnesses to years of Gatis Lagzdins terrorizing his victims, including a child, on this platform. I have a first party interest in the mandamus action now as well since filing the suit, because those who stand with the victim were openly threatened by one of Gatis Lagzdins' biggest supporters, Prussian Society of America. There is a woman and child in hiding after an acid attack, beating, and two arsons allegedly organized by wanted fugitive Gatis Lagzdins. And there is a child with the two fugitives, Gatis Lagzdins and Marina Abdula, who is wanted for her role in these murder attempts as well. Gatis Lagzdins has illegally promoted incest on YT for years on his prior banned channel 'Sv3rige', and he currently directs followers from his 'Goatis' channel on YT to Telegram, where they can access his pro incest illegal content, for a fee. 

Public Function Doctrine

When a private company, such as YouTube, performs a public function, it can be held to the same legal standards as government entities. This is codified in 18 U.S. Code § 2702(b)(8). This code clearly states that companies can disclose information to law enforcement if they believe that there is an imminent danger of serious harm or death, thereby allowing them to act without delay to mitigate harm. 

Over Six Months of Willful Inaction 

The danger toward Diane and her son has been demonstrated to YouTube since June 2024, to no avail, so a mandamus action suit was filed in October 2024. YouTube/Google LLC hired a Top tier, expensive lawyer to battle the third party witness to crime. They said they would like to waive service and investigate the complaint, and we all hoped on Dec 18th we would settle with the fugitives being deplatformed. Instead, the company would have filled a demurrer to battle the lawsuit, but both parties agreed to extend the time so that the Petitioner could amend the writ, and the company would investigate the additional information, with a decision coming January 31st.

 This company has been given ample evidence of Gatis Lagzdins' ban evasion, wanted fugitive status, and history of criminality and online scams on their platform. They have not demonstrated willingness to deplatform Gatis Lagzdins for ban evasion, and in the last communication with their representative, it was said that she could not confirm if they were or were not considering deplatforming him. This case involves imminent danger to two small children, a woman, and to the public as well. The person filing it has a right to request this relief, as part of the concerned public, and as a first party to having the attention of the fugitives' disturbed follower. 

The Petitioner Has a Right to this Relief

I intend to have the court make YouTube et. al follow the public function doctrine in deplatforming Gatis Lagzdins & Marina Abdula, or @Goatis & @Primal Belle. When a private company performs what is traditionally a public function, it can be subject to the same legal obligations as a govt. entity. 18 U.S. Code § 2702(b)(8): they can disclose information to law enforcement if they believe in good faith that an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury requires such disclosure without delay. 

I remember a few years ago when YouTube made changes to their platform in the interest of protecting children. All we ask is that the court have them follow this path and obey laws that already exist. Ban evasion is a terms of service violation. Scams violate FTC law. More importantly, scams that can be used to raise money for crime to harm and terrorize others who are in imminent danger are occurring. Directing followers from one platform to another to promote incest takes away the Section 230 protections for this company. It would be in their best interest to act honorably and in accordance with the law, which is all we ask.

3. YouTube and Google, Turn their IP, ISP, VPN, and any other communication or information that could assist in locating these wanted fugitives over to law enforcement in the Netherlands and Germany.

Petition Signature Safety Measures 

Due to safety concerns, you can use a pen name and even the Petitioner in the case has omitted proper state, lest it be viewed by the dangerous wanted fugitives who have a history of doxing, hired attempted murders, and other dangerous behavior toward others.
