I want to update you on the case and give a special thanks to those who have signed, and those who have promoted with words or funds. I have filed the amended writ with the court and it was accepted, and I have filed all the additional exhibits. I think I have made a great case and the attorney for the other party is meeting with me on Monday, which is surprising since they have until the 31st to respond. I hope it is to settle, but I won't know until we meet.

I received a follow up message now from the Justice Defense Fund, we will meet sometime next week as well. If they can provide legal assistance or an Amicus Brief, that will be quite helpful should I end up having to litigate.

As we add sigs and comments, they see them all in the writ, I added it as a hyperlink. It has an impact on the public relief aspect, and they know you all see and you all care. The comments pointing out child predation being abhorrent point out what we know they are allowing. I have now used California code to show they have a responsibility to report the child of the fugitives to the NCMEC by way of law, regardless of her nationality. I will be making all legal docs available for the public to read with info that could compromise safety redacted. Many of you have done your own activism toward helping bring down these fugitives and I believe the public have a right to all information. 

I am taking a brief break from this effort before Monday, then I will have an idea of what is going to happen, and what the response will be from me.

The adorable little boy in the pic above is the one Lagzdins and Abdula (Goatis and Primal Belle) are wanted for trying to burn al1ve. Twice. That message is from his mother, who hides him every day while Goatis and Primal Belle continue to make money on social media. Let's keep it going and show Diane and the two kids that the majority of people are good and want them to be safe, happy, and free.
