It has been a while since I provided a petition update. Firstly, I want to thank you for every signature, and for donations, and for your wonderful comments and sharing this petition. We have close to one thousand signatures. Let me update you on what has occurred thus far in the mandamus action case.

At the demurrer hearing to see if this would be dismissed or go forward into litigation, the Judge seemed very fair and he did not have his mind made up at all, but rather wanted more time to deliberate on the authorities and points made by YouTube/Google LLC. So we will have another demurrer hearing on April 29th. If anything, he seemed to lean into a more punitive tone with the 'powerful' party, asking the counsel for YouTube if they had tried to reach some amenable conclusion with me. She lied and said that she told me that unless I would 'rescind on some of this' they didn't see that as possible. I raised my hand and told the Judge that I had taken everything off the table except for deplatforming the more dangerous of the two wanted fugitives, Gatis Lagzdins, who is current promoting CSA in a link on their site, and that I showed them that he was banned previously. They would not even acknowledge that he is the previously banned CSA promoting content creator 'Sv3rige'. She did not rebut what I said, which the Judge observed. Had I been lying about what she'd said, she'd have rebutted me.

The Judge also allowed me to add case law, which I did, in a supplemental brief. I found case law that is extremely good, it is both recent and shows exactly what we need to show. Two cases show 'mandatory' duties of tech companies. It is considered mandatory to report the danger of terroristic crime against a child/a child in imminent danger.  The reply from YT/Google was disgusting to say the least. They actually wrote that I am asking them to deplatform the two content creators due to my own conclusions based on crime done 'off of YouTube'. In actuality, there is a WARRANT for their arrest based on the conclusions of the Netherlands investigators, and issued by the Amstgericht 2 in Offenburg, Germany where the perps were living at the time, signed by a Judge Adiyaman. Ilyas Abdula who was convicted fingered both Gatis Lagzdins or 'Goatis' and Marina Abdula or 'Primal Belle' for these crimes cited in the warrant. The trial transcript is in print media and shows us the prosecutors said they would arrest both of them if given the opportunity.....so that takes care of the lie of 'my conclusions'.....as for crime 'off of YouTube', the scams are on YouTube, and those defraud the public and aid criminals who evade arrest. The CSA links on Telegram are illegal and make the child with the wanted fugitives endangered, as does the wanted status of her parents. This is also something that YT/Google have a duty to report to the NCMEC, which is shown in the Amended Petition.....so that takes care of crime 'ON' their platform, as well as off of it. While having a second demurrer hearing is not a total win, it is not a total loss either.

I am very angry when I see what they will put good people through, like Diane and her son, who just want to be free and safe and haven't harmed anyone. Like the innocent child with the two fugitives who has the right to be safe, too. Like myself, who only wanted to ask for the easiest and quickest solution available, only to be worked against for almost a full year. And the supporters and members of the public like yourself, who are contract holders and shareholders who deserve to be heard. We want the laws applied properly to this case, that's why they were drafted, to protect the public, not this corporation. While we support Section 230 of the communications and decency act, and free speech, it is us who are having our speech censored, the truth obfuscated. The quote I used is so applicable here, because I want everyone to know that I have done my best to bring forward what is true and write it clearly.

Making it hard for us is not a deterrent, nor is fear. My hope is ultimately for justice. I hope the judge rules to move forward with litigation in our hearing on April 29th. We are working behind the scenes on more than that, myself and several other critical activists.

Thank you once again, from the bottom of our hearts, for your continued support. While I may be in the hearing alone, I say 'us' and 'we' because many have supported Diane and her young son for years in a variety of ways and no matter when you learned of this case, your support is part of a collective good that affects us all. We are in this together, defending truth and the right to tell it to our last breath.

It's a fierce kindness that will win.
