YouTube has put my channel, ATalkingBadger, on death row. It has 7 days before it's taken down. Why you may ask? Because of a handful of videos that I recorded on my cell phone at the Classic West festival in Dodger Stadium and posted to YouTube. No where did it say that recording was prohibited. In fact, they allowed people to bring in their personal cameras. My account is nearly 6 years old and has been growing quickly to 430 subscribers. Recording and sharing these videos to the people who couldn't witness it in person is one of my favorite hobbies. Now, YouTube wants to take that away from me and my subscribers because of 3 strikes that were put on my account from a series of 5 videos from 1 concert. I've had videos like my Original Santana Reunion videos featured by big websites like Ultimate Classic Rock. These videos have brought joy and nostalgia to the many great people that have watched them. Please help me save my channel, ATalkingBadger, from extinction by signing this petition. Hopefully, YouTube can have a change of heart and let me continue to do what I love to do and what hundreds of thousands of people love to watch.
