YouTube has once again decided to once again give small channels the middle finger with their latest changes to the YouTube Partner Program by forcing you to now get 4,000 hours of watch time within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers.. 

These changes make it pointless to use the service as a content creator and instead move to other services such as Twitch.

These changes need to be reversed and reviewed.
