Re-enable the miniplayer on videos marked for kids

Re-enable the miniplayer on videos marked for kids
The Issue
It is really frustrating to find a good video, only for it to be marked for kids! This prevents them from having the video playing while browsing other videos. For some that’s not the problem, but instead the fact that YouTube reminds them every single time that the miniplayer is off. It’s extremely pointless, and there has been no word from anyone as to why this was put in place. Other complaints about this actually mention how it affects people, mainly children, with autism, and how this makes them discontent due to the pop-up reminding them that the miniplayer is disabled.
Other features brought on by COPPA are just as problematic, but at least there’s a purpose to them, such as protecting children’s privacy and regulating advertisements, but the miniplayer being disabled seems to serve no purpose than to inconvenience older and, as previously mentioned, autistic viewers. The only guess is so that kids who are watching videos targeted towards them don’t miss anything that happens in the video they are watching while their parents browse other videos for them to watch. Even then, there’s really no sensical approach to disabling the miniplayer.
I, as an older viewer, request everyone who agrees with my points to take part in voicing our opinions to the YouTube company that certain features they add to protect their younger viewers may not be as beneficial as they may think.
