Youtube video won't play on Internet Explorer 9 and earlier. Just shows blank black screen. I believe those who don't have the resource to upgrade shouldn't stop them from watching Youtube videos, but not including new features on out of date browser is fine. Windows XP and Vista users are greatly affected by the impact that one must install Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome just to watch Youtube.
