As an upcoming retiree living in the City of Langley, I have put up with an ever increasing number of  "circuits" of single engine planes  flying at low altitudes over my  home in Mossey Estates. After the 3rd flight school based at the airport opened a few years back , plane noise has increased exponentially. The noise is occurring from 7 am  in the morning to after 10 pm at night, 7 days a week.

My goal is to put restrictions on the hours that these circuits can occur.  I fully understand the need for pilot training and can fully appreciate the need for them to perform these maneuvers, but not 15 hours a day, 7 days a week.

My goal is to have "Sundays" as a no fly day for pilot training. As well as a 2 hour break during the dinner hour, say 5 pm to 7 pm. during the rest of the week . In the summer, when enjoying a back yard BBQ, it would be surreal to have dinner in relative calm and peacefulness. I also work at home, and during these trying times,  the noise makes concentrating while trying to work at a computer quite difficult.
