My name is Martha French and we have been long term owners of unit 302 in Building D.
Thank you for your dedication in trying to ensure a democratic voting process, whereby a majority should rule.
You are so right in that the voting forms were confusing! What prevented me from casting my vote until this week was “naming a proxy”. I finally called the office and was told that I did NOT have to “name” a proxy.
( I had no idea who would be ‘attending’ the meeting, so who was I going to “name”??) I was advised by the office to just enter my unit and building , vote, sign, date and e mail back to Tricia in the office.
I wonder if “naming” is why others have been confused/reluctant to return their ballot.
Perhaps, if this issue is made more clear, we may hope for a better voter turnout!
