EMAIL FROM CONCERNED CITIZEN'S GROUP: VOTE TO RENOVATE

To Our Fellow Owners and Neighbors -

We earlier appealed to you to step up and express your opinion on your
"right to vote" on Club capital projects via Petition on the Change.org
website.

You, and a large majority of your fellow Owners, are to be congratulated on
the success of that campaign.

Of our 366 Owners, 270 , or over 75% of the Community, have stated their
desire to be a part of the decision process. 

Now, however, the actual return of Voting documents to the Club has been far
less than desired.

We are aware that the Instructions and Forms were far from simple, but that
should not deter you from completing and submitting the indicated forms.

Time is running out!  This may be your last chance to fill out and submit
your Vote and Proxy, and have your voice heard!

If this decision is made either way by a small number of Voters, it will not
serve to bring the Community together onto a common path....

We urge you to take the time and submit your Vote as quickly as possible!

As I suspect you are aware, our Group strongly favors the REPAIR AND
RENOVATION option.  In addition to believing that to be logical choice in
the best interests of our Owners, we cannot help but note recently uncovered
documentation supporting the fact that Club Executive Management has
withheld important information over the past several months and manipulated
communications to favor their desired DEMOLISH outcome.  Suffice it to say
this is outrageous and unacceptable behavior.....!

Attached are copies of the Voting Certificate and Limited Proxy for your
ease of reference.

On the Voting Certificate, simply note your Unit No. and Building, name the
Voting Member, and then sign and date.

On the Limited Proxy, note your Unit and Building, check your choice of
Renovate or Demolish, and date & sign as Voting Member, and/or Owner if more
than one Owner.

You do not need designate a Proxy, but if you choose to, it will have to be
someone attending the Meeting.  Either way, a named Proxyholder is required
to vote in accordance with your wishes.  At this point, your  response
should be via email or Fax to the YARCOBR office to ensure timely receipt.

DO NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN YOUR NEIGHBORS IN AN OVERWHELMING
VOTING RESPONSE TO THIS CRITICAL DECISION FOR THE COMMUNITY!
