The owners at  Yacht & Racquet Club in Boca Raton deserve the right to vote on capital expenditures specifically the remodeling versus the tear down of our clubhouse. 

Please sign the petition asking that ALL owners have an opportunity to vote on any capital expenditures exceeding 1 million dollars. 

Let democracy rule. Since owners have to pay for this, then they deserve a right to vote.
