ANOTHER OWNER WRITES AND IS FOR RENOVATION

Regarding the Falcon report about the Clubhouse and Champlain Towers:
I feel that we need more information than we have in order to make an informed decision.
The visual inspection by Falcon is great for a first step, though there were no tests done and the report does not provide information on the construction of the building.
For this reason I would like to have Dan Mancini, a fellow neighbor with a construction background who was gracious enough to volunteer to inspect the clubhouse to be invited to inspect and conduct tests on the building.
As you may be aware, he and his company helped take down etc. the Champlain Tower site after the tower fell.
There are dwelling 366 units at YARCOBR, and to my knowledge we will not be building more dwelling units nor tearing down existing ones.
We do not allow people from outside the community, only renters , owners or guests, to use the clubhouse or its amenities.
So our future clubhouse will serve no more or less units than we now have.
I am unsure about how or why the clubhouse is considered inadequate to our present needs other than a misallocation of space, which can certainly be addressed without necessarily tearing down the building.
More tests and at least a second opinion as well as additional bids for repairs are still necessary to make an informed decision .
I would ask you and all the other owners to seek and receive additional information before casting a vote for demolition.
Thank you for your emails and time.
Best,
