I also agree not to demolish our clubhouse.  The clubhouse should never have been allowed to be closed over repairs.  Cost to build at this time are through the roof and we have no idea of where this will take us.  I suggest we form a committee that has local experience in this type of work to first repair what is necessary to get the building opened.  

Once this is accomplished, we can work together to look at future improvements.  I want you to know that I am willing to volunteer my time.  I have built over 2 million square feet of commercial buildings in Florida along with I was the contractor that demolished Surf Side under an emergency contract with Miami Dade County.
