VOTE YES FOR RENOVATION
Maybe there are those owners on the fence that need some convincing, but I'm pretty convinced that newer, younger owners just want everything new and improved.
They want us all to shoulder the costs for their "dream" community while those of us who bought here years ago bought because they liked the place and didn't have dreams of turning it into something it isn't .
