As pertains to the clubhouse, 

I have hundreds of permits from the past 44 years that include electrical
and plumbing permits as well as extensive structural drawings and approvals
for changes over the years. The data on file totals over 243 gigabytes, far
too big to transmit via email. 

This I believe proves that the Clubhouse building and all of its systems
have been maintained throughout the course of its existence. All
requirements by the city and county had been met up until September 2021. 

After that date the Club decided to ignore the City's demands to repair the
roof leak. 

Had they complied, we could have enjoyed a functional clubhouse for the last
year and a half.
