Mr. Mohamed Abdel Rahman may not be a certified teacher in Canada, but he is one of the best teachers I have had in years, and everyone who he has ever taught can vouch for him. For the board to just judge a teacher by their certifications and qualifications instead of their teaching skills and experience is not reasonable and not just. Mr. Abdel Rahman's experience and knowledge cannot be replaced by a certain certification. 

We, the students, know that for a fact that we will not get the same level of education with any other teacher like the education that Mr. Abdel Rahman provides for us.

It will be a shame and a let down for the WRDSB to replace Mr. Abdel Rahman with another teacher that will not give us the same experience, joy, and knowledge that is only unique to Mr. Abdel Rahman.

The board is blind to our teacher's field experience and knowledge. Let's help change that.
