Meeting September 20th @ 6pm Eagle Valley Golf Course banquet room

The developer for this project (DB Land Company LLC) has resubmitted plans for the Copper Ridge 9th development for review!

The updated plan:

• Removes the apartment building
• Includes 109 market rate townhomes, which may be rented
• Maintains an access point of off Bailey Lake Road and two access points on Granite Court

Feedback from residents has been requested on Tuesday, September 20th at 6pm at Eagle Valley Golf Course banquet room, which is located at 2600 Double Eagle Lane, Woodbury, MN.
