RE-ZONING FROM R-1 “URBAN RESERVE DISTRICT” TO R-4, “URBAN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT”.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOODBURY, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES ORDAIN:
.01 The following described property is hereby re-zoned to R-4, Urban Residential District: All the part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE ¼ of NW ½), Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-eight (28) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner thereof and running thence South along the west line thereof Four Hundred Six and five-hundredths (406.05) feet to an iron pipe monument; thence East on a line parallel to the North line thereof Four Hundred Twenty-nine and one-tenth (429.1) feet to an iron pipe monument; thence North on a line parallel to said West line Four Hundred Six and five-hundredths (406.05) feet to said North line thereof; thence West on said North line Four Hundred Twenty-nine and one-tenth (429.1) feet to
the point of beginning.

Outlot G, Copper Hills, according to the recorded plat thereof Washington
County, Minnesota.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to law.
