Help stop development of Copper Ridge 9th - A high density RENTAL ONLY subdivision in and between the quiet subdivisions of Copper Ridge, 21 Oaks and Ashton Ridge.

Living in a pleasant, low density residential neighborhood, is the reason we moved to the outskirts of the city of Woodbury.  However, now the city wants to put a LARGE 77 unit APARTMENT COMPLEX and 34 additional rental townhomes just a few blocks away. Inevitably, with all high density areas, this will change the character of our neighborhoods, leading to more people, traffic, safety issues, and noise, as well as a reduction in property values. 

This development is planned to be located between the quiet neighborhoods of; 21 Oaks, Ashton Ridge and Copper Ridge communities - on the northwest corner of Bailey Lake Road and Pioneer drive.

Please sign this petition so that we can tell Woodbury city council that we don’t want this high density rental development built. Then attended the upcoming City Council meeting. - The City Council pushed this into Extra Innings and will have one last meeting to review a possible dismissal!
