Women Who Carried Out Violent Assault on a Man Must Be Sent to Non-Bailable Jail

Petition for Strict Legal Action Against the Accused in the Kerpura Village Assault Case, Rajasthan

A shocking incident from Kerpura village near Didwana-Kuchaman district of Rajasthan has exposed how land disputes can escalate into organized violence, public humiliation, threats of false rape accusations, and brutal physical assault against innocent men.

According to CCTV footage and eyewitness statements, the victim side was continuously abused, threatened, provoked, and physically attacked by a group consisting of both men and women. The footage reportedly shows the victim standing calmly on his own land while members of the accused side used abusive language, obscene gestures, intimidation, and eventually violent assault.

Most disturbingly, serious allegations have emerged against Tannu Gaur and Kajal Gaur, who are accused of actively participating in the violent attack and striking the victim’s head with sticks. One victim suffered a severe head injury requiring eight stitches. Such an attack cannot be treated as an ordinary dispute — it represents a potentially life-threatening assault.

Before the violence, the victim side had allegedly also been threatened with being falsely implicated in rape cases. Had CCTV evidence not existed, innocent individuals could have been socially and legally destroyed without a fair investigation.

This case raises an important question for society: Why should violence committed by women be ignored simply because the accused are female?

Equality before law means violent offenders must face equal punishment regardless of gender. No civilized society can allow organized mob violence, false accusation threats, and attempted character destruction to become tools in property disputes.

Our Demands

1. Immediate and impartial investigation of the entire incident based on CCTV evidence and witness testimonies.

2. Non-bailable arrest of Tannu Gaur and Kajal Gaur for their alleged violent role in the assault.

3. Strict criminal charges, including Attempt to Murder and unlawful violent assembly, against all individuals involved in the attack.

4. Investigation into threats of false rape accusations allegedly used to intimidate the victim side.

5. Protection for the victim family from further intimidation or retaliatory violence.

6. Monitoring of the case by legal experts, media, human rights advocates, and men’s rights organizations to ensure fairness and transparency.

Accused Individuals

1. Vinod Kumar alias Banwari Lal, son of Shri Poosaram Gaur, age 46, resident of Kerpura Bhawanta, District Didwana-Kuchaman, Rajasthan — Main accused.

2. Amit Kumar, son of Shri Poosaram Gaur, age 41 — Accused of participating in the assault using sticks.

3. Lalita, wife of Vinod Kumar Gaur, age 43 — Allegedly involved in the violent confrontation.

4. Santosh, wife of Amit Kumar, age 38 — Allegedly brought and used sticks during the attack.

5. Tannu Gaur, daughter of amit kumar, age 21 — Accused of attacking Mahesh Ji on the head with intent to cause fatal injury.

6. Kajal Gaur, daughter of vinodh kumar, age 21 — Allegedly involved in the violent assault.

7. Ravi Gaur, son of Vinod Kumar alias Banwari Lal, age 22 — Accused of participating in stick assault.

8. Mohini Devi, wife of Poosaram, age 68 — Allegedly involved in the incident.

Why This Petition Matters

This is not merely a local land dispute.

This case represents a growing concern where threats of false accusations, mob intimidation, and gender-based legal bias can be misused against innocent people.

The victim family in this case had previously donated land for the construction of a government hospital for the welfare of the village. Today, the same family is fighting not only for their property rights but also for their dignity, safety, and justice.

If violent attacks carried out by women are ignored while male victims are automatically treated with suspicion, then equal justice under law loses its meaning.

We demand that Rajasthan Police and the administration act strictly according to evidence, not social pressure or gender bias.

Justice must stand with truth, evidence, and fairness.

Sign this petition to support equal justice and strict action against all perpetrators involved in the Kerpura assault case.
