Well done everyone. We have got past the 1500 signatures mark.

I am going to keep the petition going, so please keep passing it on.

I know there are thousands more people who have suffered the consequences of failing services and the lack of facilities for the young and disabled.

This has affected every area of work: Social Work, Community Care, Disability, Youth, Elderly and Dementia Services.

It not only fails the situation for the Homeless, or the dealing with Youth & Vulnerable Safeguarding, it actually contributes to creating these problems.

Failure to provide proper facilities, promptly respond, and constructively intervene causes family breakdowns and creates 'Risks' (Safeguarding concerns).

In my reports to Wiltshire Council Councillors & Officers, I have shared the progress of this Petition and they will have the opportunity to see all these updates.

You can add to your effect by speaking, emailing or writing to your local Wiltshire Councillors & MPs, asking them to take notice of the petition and the issues that you and your family have faced.

Your powers as a citizen do not stop with your vote. If our representatives fail to provide the services that we can reasonably expect, we are entitled to Petition, Campaign and make direct contact.
