Our objective is to get Wiltshire Council  to acknowledge that there is a funding crisis and that this is affecting staff and local peoples wellbeing.

The only way a problem affecting staffing levels and the provision of critical services can be resolved is by first acknowledging that there is a problem.

The Council has a Legal Obligation to report Service Shortfalls and we have a right to know that this has been done and that appropriate actions taken.

Failure to do that can result in a Council being taken over and administered by another body, in order to correct the identified failures.

I promise you that I will do all that I can to get Wiltshire Council to change its priorities; weed out the dead growth at the top, and feed the roots (the front line staff).

You people have more power than you realise. It is not just about casting your vote. Campaigns and Petitions have their part to play.

You are also entitled to write or email you Local Councilor. Some of them will be on your side, but need the backing of ordinary people to push through policies.
