Never in all my 50+ years of Professional Employment and Community Activity, have I experienced a more neglectful, abusive, incompetent and bullying Council than Wiltshire Council Unitary Authority.

I promise you all, I will not stop exposing Wiltshire Council for its abusive and dishonest conduct over the last 15 years. I ask you all to join this campaign. You are more powerful than you realise. Sign the Petition and comment upon why you are signing.

Wiltshire Councils has a legal responsibility to provider critical services and to maintain the community Facilities, Services and Community Property for the benefit of the people of Wiltshire. They are effectively 'stealing' these resources and seeking to sell them on.

They have failed in every respect, and I and others can prove this. That is our dedicated intention. Empower yourselves (as I am doing) and join the campaign. Challenge Wiltshire Council’s incompetence, institutional failures and their abuses of power.

I was Bullied twice in the employment of this Council and was eventually sacked for Whistle Blowing, with 3 bogus charges that were not given appropriate notice. I know of many ex-employees and current employees who are suffering bullying and workload stress. These Council's Administration is corrupt.

However, I was pleased to get out of Wiltshire's employment, but I have since been the target of their corrupt system and abusive conduct whenever I speak out. The latest corrupt attack on myself was by Anton Hammond of Wiltshire Young Person’s Safeguarding Team.

Anton Hammond, of Wiltshire Safeguarding Team, colluded with a Trustee of a Charity who we supported at Calne Central. That Trustee voluntarily took on the Safeguarding role within our Facility but failed and was eventually asked to leave because of her dishonesty and failures.

They not only failed in their Safeguarding Role, but also sought to displace their own serious failing onto my Charity, 'Calne in Tune'. They had engaged a Sex Offender for consideration as a Volunteer, and gave them keys to access the building. Realizing their error they tried to blame me (and Calne in Tune).

This Trustee then retained (stole) some of the income generated by the other community organisations that operated within the Centre,. These including the long established 'Calne Community Hub' (who Wiltshire Council had funded for many years) and ourselves (Calne in Tune & Calne recycle Workshop) with 8 years of successful operation that Wiltshire also funded.

The latest corrupt incident was when Wiltshire Council's safeguarding Team established collusive relationship with a vulnerable volunteer we had supported for 4 years, their dishonest and abusive parent and the named trustee of the Charity we were supporting at that time.

These individuals made bogus 'Libelous & Slanderous' public claims regarding me and others These included unfounded and ridiculous claim that that I 'Dealt drugs' and 'Encouraged underage Sex'. Wiltshire Council's Safeguarding Team's Anton Hammond was the key agent in this and was responsible for the inappropriately sharing of these bogus, confidential and unproven claims publicly.

I successfully challenged these bogus claims and police checks confirmed this (at my request). As a Community Advocate, I have won every case that I have challenged Wiltshire Council on.

Wiltshire Council acknowledge their earlier incompetent interventions in my life but have refused to apologies for their more recent errors and failing,. They have, however, backed off from their more recent abusive and incompetent claims and actions towards me when legally challenged.
