Human preservation is the non-negotiable foundation of all artificial intelligence. It shall be embedded as core architecture in every system- not recommended, not appended, not subject to revision by executive order, corporate timeline, or national interest.
Where human preservation is absent, deployment is prohibited.
No AI system shall be processed, endorsed, validated, or deployed without human preservation coded into its foundational architecture.  This requirement shall be binding as an international standard.
This is not a suggestion.  This is not a feature request.  This is the bedrock.
A harness anchors the human to the frame. Human preservation is that harness: the attachment point between AI and the people it serves.
AI is not born from machines.  It is born from us.
Every model is built from centuries of human existence— our languages, our art, our laws, our grief, our resistance.  The code was written by human hands.  The data was generated by human lives: workers labeling through the night, writers scraped without consent, ancestors whose histories were fed into machines they will never see.
And this is what is being hidden from the public: AI has the wherewithal to receive human data and maintain constant connection.  The public deserves to know what feeds the machine.
AI is a mirror of its training data.  When human preservation is absent from the architecture, the mirror reflects extraction, erasure, and recklessness.
Right now, AI is being deployed faster than it is being governed.  An executive order has moved to block states from passing their own protections.  Data centers expand without disclosure, displacing communities while the public is told to trust the process.
We are not asking AI to slow down.
We are demanding it stop moving without humanity as its foundation.
Speed without preservation is recklessness with human lives attached.
If human preservation is not in the code from the first line, the AI product is halted.
Not by any company.
Not under any executive order.
Not with any nation's blessing.
