Angie Nixon is a dedicated public servant and community leader with a strong background in political science and government, having earned a Bachelor's degree in the field from the University of Florida. She currently serves as a State Representative for District 13 in the Florida House of Representatives, a role she previously held for District 14. Her commitment to public service is demonstrated through her various leadership roles, including Executive Director at Florida For All and Director of the Higher Education Campaign at the Florida Public Services Union. Nixon is also the Founder and Principal of The Moxie Group, LLC, and has served as Managing Partner and Community Organizer at The Paisley Partners. Her early experience includes working as a District Aide for State Representative Mia Jones.
