This petition is to entice the Town of Wasaga Beach into the creation of a world class concrete skate park at "Beach 1".

On a family trip to Los Angeles California in 2018, my family and I made a quick stop at the iconic Venice Beach. There we noticed the impressive skatepark located on the beach and wondered why Wasaga Beach did not have such an amazing facility.

Wasaga Beach is a popular tourist destination for many in North America. Having a proper skatepark at the beach (Canada's Venice beach) would only add to the existing attractions the area provides. This type of facility may even attract pro events such as the X games.

If you support the creation of a proper concrete skatepark at "Beach 1" please sign the petition and pass it on.
