Single use plastics are a huge environmental impact on our world.  Plastics such as toys, and the wrapping they come in, contribute to this substantially. Organisations that provide promotional products such as toys and collectibles that serve no genuine purpose, are often completely useless and non educational, contribute massively to the problem. 

This petition seeks to encourage the WA Govt to regulate plastic toys being issued as promotional materials or “gifts with purchase” within our state. The promotional products would need to satisfy an environmental standard that would be developed in conjunction with environmental agencies, the community and retailers. 

Sign this petition and help force retailers to think about their impact on our environment and how they can reduce waste in our communities.
