The education and welfare of our children at Llantwit Comprehensive are being severely compromised under the current leadership of Mrs. Robins. With 27 strike days planned by teachers, our children face disruptions that are detrimental to their learning and development. The absence of end-of-year reports and the cancellation of rewards trips further exemplify the ongoing issues within the school.

Parents and guardians were made aware of these critical issues during a recent union meeting, which underscored that the problems extend beyond merely planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) time. Concerns related to safeguarding and behavioral management have also been brought to light, raising alarms about the overall environment in which our children are supposed to learn and grow.

Despite repeated requests, Mrs. Robbins has refused to provide transparency regarding the school's financial situation. This lack of accountability hinders our ability to address the root causes of these problems effectively. Without insight into financial allocations, it is challenging to ensure that resources are being utilized in ways that prioritize the needs of our students.

The collective frustration of parents, teachers, and students is palpable. The current situation is unsustainable, and it is our responsibility to advocate for the well-being of our children by seeking change. A vote of no confidence in Mrs. Robbins is a necessary step to bring about this change.
