Cut off at 11:00, We have 10556 people sign the petition to request HKDI keep the CCTV videos and release all and fully CCTV videos to clarify what happen of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam before she died, The grow of the first cutoff (18-10-2019) petition supporters was 941, that's the great amount to ask HKDI and VTC to discover more videos.
This is the second cutoff of this petition, because HKDI and VTC didn't response and discover more detail after the petition and public doubting, the president of HKDI didn't say any detail of student doubt, so this petition will be keeping valid until the truth shows up.
Although we got few CCTVs of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam, However, We have found few problems and doubtful points these released CCTVs videos cannot be told or someone doubtful the released CCTVs videos are fake.
The doubtful points cannot be solved by the videos (total 16 videos) released on 16-Oct-2019:
1. Between the fifth video and sixth video, total 6 mins footage didn't provide, in this lost record 6 mins, she removed her shoes and left somewhere, However, the shoes are still missing, HKDI should provide this 6 mins footage of other CCTV.

After the first petition (18-Oct-2019), We had 914 people to demand HKDI and VTC discover more CCTVs and detail to clear public doubting, However, You didn't reply and give more detail to try to clear. For now, The petition supporter have been grown to 10556 (Cutoff 11:00 of today), that's meaning public didn't accept your discovering on 16-18-Oct-2019 and you are doing something to hide the truth.
We are demanding VTC and HKDI should discover and release all of the CCTV videos that recorded Miss Chan-Yin-Lam’s Death, the petition have been signed by 941 people (cut off by 2019-10-18 12:30 HKT). The petition is here: http://chng.it/xGQX6QWN , Please also refer to it.
We demand:
1. Discover all and fully CCTV videos when 19-Sep-2019, that recorded Miss Chan-Yin-Lam in HKDI campus to solve her disappearance and death. VTC should provide all CCTV videos without any modification (masking non-related people faces are acceptable), or any fake information (include acting, modify the video to hide the truth etc.)
2. VTC and HKDI should keep the all set of the CCTV videos recorded at HKDI on 19-Sep-2019 safe and do not remove and delete its, to keep a chance to solve the doubtful of her death until the her death is solved.
3. VTC and HKDI should try you beat to help to all people (Security Guard, Student, Teacher etc.) testimony who saw or be touch with Miss Chan-Yin-Lam on 19-Sep-2019.
4. VTC and HKDI should promise and clearly say, No Hong Kong Police operate with VTC / HKDI to try to hide the truth of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam’s disappearance and death.
5. VTC and HKDI should find the evidence of her disappearance and death actively and if you get any helpful information, you should discover to public ASAP.
