Update 3 - [2019-10-18 12:30] This is the first cutoff of this petition
Cut off at 12:30, We have 941 people sign the petition to request HKDI keep the CCTV videos and release all and fully CCTV videos to clarify what happen of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam before she died.
This is the first cutoff of this petition, because today is last day of the HKDI CCTV from 19-Sep-2019, Although we got few CCTVs of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam, However, We have found few problems and doubtful points these released CCTVs videos cannot be told or someone doubtful the released CCTVs videos are fake.
The doubtful points cannot be solved by the videos (total 16 videos) released on 16-Oct-2019:
1. Between the fifth video and sixth video, total 6 mins footage didn't provide, in this lost record 6 mins, she removed her shoes and left somewhere, However, the shoes are still missing, HKDI should provide this 6 mins footage of other CCTV.

2. HKDI promised before, they will discover the CCTV video that recorded She left her belonging (Should be between first video and second video [17:51:58-18:13:30]), but HKDI doesn't follow up anymore. HKDI should discover this video ASAP.
