Change.org petition - Hong Kong VTC must discover All CCTV of HKDI about Ms. Chan-Yin-Lam's death

Greetings,

We are demanding VTC and HKDI should discover and release all of the CCTV videos that recorded Miss Chan-Yin-Lam’s Death, the petition have been signed by 941 people (cut off by 2019-10-18 12:30 HKT). The petition is here: http://chng.it/xGQX6QWN , Please also refer to it.

We demand:

1.       Discover all and fully CCTV videos when 19-Sep-2019, that recorded Miss Chan-Yin-Lam in HKDI campus to solve her disappearance and death. VTC should provide all CCTV videos without any modification (masking non-related people faces are acceptable), or any fake information (include acting, modify the video to hide the truth etc.)

2.       VTC and HKDI should keep the all set of the CCTV videos recorded at HKDI on 19-Sep-2019 safe and do not remove and delete its, to keep a chance to solve the doubtful of her death until the her death is solved.

3.       VTC and HKDI should try you beat to help to all people (Security Guard, Student, Teacher etc.) testimony who saw or be touch with Miss Chan-Yin-Lam on 19-Sep-2019.

4.       VTC and HKDI should promise and clearly say, No Hong Kong Police operate with VTC / HKDI to try to hide the truth of Miss Chan-Yin-Lam’s disappearance and death.

5.       VTC and HKDI should find the evidence of her disappearance and death actively and if you get any helpful information, you should discover to public ASAP.

Meanwhile, The doubtful points cannot be solved by the videos (total 16 videos) released on 16-Oct-2019, so you should answer and release any information can help to solve her disappearance and death:

1. Between the fifth video and sixth video, total 6 mins footage didn't provide, in this lost record 6 mins, she removed her shoes and left somewhere, However, the shoes are still missing, HKDI should provide this 6 mins footage of other CCTV.

2. HKDI promised before, they will discover the CCTV video that recorded She left her belonging (Should be between first video and second video [17:51:58-18:13:30]), but HKDI doesn't follow up anymore. HKDI should discover this video ASAP.
