Victorinox ceased production of the Yeoman model of Swiss Army Knife (model 54791) sometime in the early to mid 2000s. The Yeoman was a 91mm, three layer model featuring a very sought-after set of tools. It is one of the most sorely missed and sought after models among Victorinox users and collectors.

With the current model line-up, those who want to own a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife featuring a magnifying glass must opt for a four layer (or larger) model, increasing the weight and size of the Swiss Army Knife and detracting from the overall user experience. This line-up is also unfair to Vision-Impaired users who rely on a magnifying glass but wish to carry something lightweight and more pocket-friendly. 

The current market for Victorinox is strong, with collectors models and limited editions quickly sold out and snapped up by collectors. Returning the long sought after Yeoman to production could only be a 'Win-Win' for Victorinox and their loyal customers. 

The signatories to this petition request Victorinox AG to recommence production of the Yeoman model line, with distribution to be global (I.e. No market region exclusiveness).
