Australia is one of the most excessive users of water. I want to help reduce this by setting up a petition to fine people for exceeding a certain amount of water. I think this will vastly reduce water wastage and will preserve water for Australia. I think that if  there is a proper reasoning a person shouldn't be fined however if not they should be fined an amount of around $200 to spread awareness about the importance of saving water.
