So ..... how to put this into perspective where it makes since ... as of 09/18/2024 i was being stalked by i dont know who but these people traveled in 3 cars all the same colors .... I was targeted for no Reason maybe because I was homeless at the time who knows ..... Oct/12/2024 i was arrested by slcpd by Officer Whitehead and was taken into the ADC SHERRIFFS complex Salt Lake city for Tresspassing .... the building i was trespassing at the company was Named (Brain Trace) it didn't dawn on me until now what kinda of technology company that sold to various organizations, and what not i was in jail no more than 5 months .. while I was there I Started to go crazy... hearing Females voices and the Jail was using there own Deputies There to Use (Voice to skull technology) on me without my consent , my laywers knowledge or my judges decree so theres that ....it Started out with them beaming me while I was having some teeth Extracted. After the procedure I started hearing these voices that were explaining who these individuals where .my roommates in the jail thought I was going nuts which I was i started talking to myself out loud .... there all my witnesses ... the voices started of stating that I was under federal observation and that this was to find out what I know about whatever ....they can access 100% of your brain with this phase of V2K.... they used my family to get me to talk confusing me , lying to me , telling me that id have to break the law in order to do certain things which made no sense .... On December 18, 2024, while incarcerated at the Salt Lake City Sheriff’s Complex in Utah, I felt the deep sting of personal vendetta when Deputy Andrea Barnett became part of an ongoing campaign of harassment against me. Andrea and I attended West High School together in Salt Lake City, Utah, and she harbored an animosity toward me due to my past in foster care. This abuse of power has left me vulnerable and fearful for my safety in a system that should protect, not persecute. This situation is not just about me; it’s about the grave misuse of authority and electronic harassment tools (V.2.K) by those in power. Since my arrest, I have consistently been threatened, even with claims that my life is at risk. Report after report, I've been told nothing can be done to stop this form of harassment. My cries for help have been met with indifference. The use of electronic harassment tools by law enforcement in Salt Lake City raises significant legal and ethical concerns. People entrust these officers to protect them, not exploit their tools and authority. A thorough investigation must be conducted into the misuse of electronic harassment technology in jails and accountability measures must be established. It is crucial for our community to intervene and demand transparency and accountability from our law enforcement officers. I urge legislators and local authorities in Salt Lake City to prohibit the use of such tools against individuals in custody and implement strict oversight.
