Sambhaji Brigade continuously targeting  groups of specific caste, trying to manipulate and change History, insulting Great Respectable  Historical Personalities, is engaged in violent activities and thereby disturbing harmony in society. It has  destroyed important literature along with other properties in Bhandarkar Institute, Pune, Maharashtra. Recently it has illegally  removed  a statue of Late Shri Ram Ganesh Gadkari who is a renowned author of Maharashtra. It is engaged in violent, illegal activities and force is being used by it for its illegal means and one of its soft target is Hindu Brahmin Community in Maharashtra.

Spreading and promoting enmity, hatread or ill-will between different groups on grounds of religion, races, caste, etc. by words or by signs or acts prejudicial to the maintenance of harmony between such groups and thereby disturbing public harmony and tranquility is punishable by Indian Penal Code and Sambhaji Brigade is engaged in such activities through its violent, illegal deeds like unauthorisedly removing statues, attacking Bhandarkar Institute etc. 

The same must be banned for its ill motives, criminal activities  already done and as a preventive measure too.
