I am an American citizen who has been maliciously excluded from the Care ACT (stimulus package) because of who I am married to. Over 1 million US citizens have been blocked from the Stimulus payments because they chose to marry an immigrant. How can the government punish AMERICAN CITIZENS for they chose to marry?

This is not right. Over 1 million of Americans are struggling financially, with children, and they will not receive assistance because their spouses are immigrants. American citizens that file taxes jointly with a spouse who uses an Individual Identification Number (ITIN) will be automatically excluded from receiving any form of assistance through this pandemic.

This means working, tax paying, AMERICAN CITIZENS will not receive the help they so truly and rightfully deserve right now. Not only will those working adults not receive assistance, but their children will also not receive the extra $500.
It is deliberately cruel and unjust to exclude these citizens from the stimulus package. There are over 1 million AMERICAN CITIZENS affected by this.
