We, the residents and daily commuters of Jaitpur Extension Part-2 (Khadda Colony) and adjoining areas in Delhi, urgently appeal for immediate repair and maintenance of the Jaitpur–Kalindi Kunj Pushta Road and nearby internal lanes.

This road, a critical lifeline for thousands of people, is in an extremely dangerous condition with severe damages, deep potholes, and persistent waterlogging, especially worsened during the current monsoon season. Despite repeated complaints to local MLAs and formal submissions to the Public Works Department (PWD) with Complaint ID 513401, no effective action has been taken so far.

The neglect has resulted in:

Frequent accidents causing injuries due to damaged roads

Long hours of traffic jams affecting commuters, school children, businesses, and emergency vehicles

Waterlogging leading to unhygienic conditions and health hazards

This situation demands urgent government intervention for road repair, resurfacing, and proper drainage to save lives, restore public safety, and ease daily hardship.

We urge the Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Shri Ramvir Singh Bidhuri Ji, and all concerned authorities to ensure:

Immediate commencement of repair and drainage works by PWD, MCD, and relevant departments

Close and transparent monitoring of the repair work by senior officials

Accountability of officials responsible for the ongoing negligence
